Question: Does the service include guarding or insurance for my bicycle or scooter?
Answer: No. The stations do not constitute a guarding, supervision, or insurance service. Responsibility for insuring the vehicle, equipment, and personal property rests solely with the user. -
Question: What happens if my vehicle is stolen or damaged while it is locked at a station?
Answer: Despite the security measures provided at the stations, complete prevention of theft or damage cannot be guaranteed. The Company is not liable for loss, theft, vandalism, or damage resulting from criminal acts or from use of the stations. -
Question: Is it permitted to leave the vehicle at the station for an extended period or overnight?
Answer: Use of the stations is subject to availability and to the terms published in the application and at the station location. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle, including in cases of extended parking. -
Question: Is there real-time monitoring or supervision of the stations?
Answer: No. In some locations, video recording or surveillance measures may be in place for deterrence purposes only. There is no active guarding, continuous supervision, or personal monitoring of the vehicles. -
Question: Can any electric bicycle or scooter be charged at the station?
Answer: Only electric bicycles and scooters that comply with the permitted voltage levels, as specified in the Terms of Use and in the instructions displayed on the station, may be charged. Users who are unsure about the compatibility of their vehicle, battery, or charger are requested to refrain from charging. -
Question: Is it permitted to charge other devices at the station?
Answer: No. Charging devices other than electric bicycles or electric scooters is not permitted. -
Question: What should I do in the event of a malfunction at the station or during charging?
Answer: In the event of a malfunction, users may contact customer support as published in the “Contact Us” section via the application or by email. The Company is not responsible for damage to user equipment resulting from malfunctions or improper use. -
Question: Does using the station guarantee full protection against theft?
Answer: No. The stations provide significant layers of security but do not guarantee complete protection. Users are advised to also use high-quality personal locking devices and secure them to the station. -
