A. Initial Registration to the App

1. Download the Charge&Lock app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. New user? Open the app and start the registration option.

3. Enter the required user details and approve the Terms of Use, Liability, and Privacy Policy.

4. After completing the registration and verification process, you may begin using the stations.

B. Parking, Locking and Charging – Step by Step 

1. Open the Charge&Lock app.

2. Scan the QR code displayed on the station using the app.
   Alternative option: enter the station number displayed on the station.

3. Interested in both parking and charging?
   If you are interested in parking only, skip to the next step – Section 4.
   To connect charging, choose one of the following options:

4. External coiled DC cable connected to the station (supported voltages only: 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V).
   This cable includes three common connectors (plugs). Select the connector suitable for your vehicle.
   If no suitable connector is available, charging is possible only using the vehicle’s original designated charger in the designated compartment.

5. Personal original designated charger of the vehicle.
   Place the charger inside the designated storage compartment at the station and connect it to the 220V socket inside the compartment.
   Pass the charging cable through the corner opening in the black door and close the compartment door.

6. Close the locking arm and the black storage compartment door.

7. The app will display that parking has started, and if charging is connected, it will scan the connection until charging begins.

8. After completing the process, the vehicle is parked and locked, and if applicable, charging has begun. You may go about your activities.

9. Recommended option for an additional layer of protection:
   Attach an additional personal locking device (chain and/or tamper-resistant lock) to the reinforced anchoring ring located at the lower right side of the station.

C. Ending Use and Leaving the Station 

1. Upon returning to the station, open the Charge&Lock app.

2. The parking and charging status screen will be displayed.

3. Press the red button at the bottom of the screen: “End Parking and Charging”.

4. Pressing the button will initiate the order termination process and will automatically open the locking arm and the storage compartment door.

5. Disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle.
   If a personal charger was used, remove the charger from the storage compartment.

6. If an additional lock was used with a chain and/or personal lock, release the lock.

7. Lift the locking arm.

8. Remove the vehicle from the station, then close the storage compartment door and the locking arm according to the instructions displayed in the app.

9. Please note: the order will not be completed as long as the compartment door and the locking arm are not fully closed.

10. After closing the door and the locking arm, the system will complete the order and display a summary and invoice for the usage in the app.
